The APSU GIS Center has recently added Matterport cameras to our suite of geospatial technologies. Matterport cameras capture 360° scans that can be stitched together to create immersive virtual tours and detailed 3D models. Our student workers have been scanning buildings across the APSU campus for virtual tours and renovation planning, including the Woodward Library and several off-campus locations.
