TN Comptroller and GIS

The Comptroller of the State of Tennessee has many County level GIS Parcel Datasets available for purchase.

The Parcels come in 2 different formats:

1.) Standard Parcel Product
a. Price: $650 (per county)
b. Shapefiles: See Appendix C
c. Note: Assessment information is not included in this product.
2.) Premium Parcel Product
a. Price: $2,000 (per county)
b. Shapefiles: See Appendix D
c. Note: Assessment information is not included in this product. The assessment
information is from the state property assessment system and is provided as an external table in .DBF format.  See Appendix D for more details.
